In the share sheet, scroll the row of apps all the way right and tap More, then choose Payster. You can also add it to your favourites there. Payster only appears for PDF files.

You can also open an invoice inside Payster: tap Choose a PDF from Files.

In Payster, tap Turn on AutoFill and confirm. If that doesn't work, open the iOS Settings app, go to General › AutoFill & Passwords and turn Payster on.

Then, in your banking app, press and hold a field and choose AutoFill › Passwords › Payster. Payster doesn't see your passwords; it only inserts the invoice details you pick.

On the Is this right? screen each field shows a crop of where it was found on the invoice. Tap it to see the full page. You can edit any field before you tap Looks good.

Does Payster keep misreading a particular invoice? Let us know by email so we can improve recognition.

Payster asks for an extra confirmation when the amount is above your threshold (€250 by default), when subtotal plus VAT doesn't add up to the total, or when the amount was only read from an image. You set the threshold and an optional maximum under Settings › Checks.

PDF invoices, both with regular text and scanned. Payster also reads payment QR codes (EPC) and structured references, such as RF references and the Belgian structured communication. Invoices in Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish are recognised best.

Photos of paper invoices aren't supported yet; turn them into a PDF first, for example with the scan feature in Files or Notes.

The Notification method needs permission to show notifications. Turn it on in the iOS Settings app under Notifications › Payster, then tap Post notification again in Payster.

The Dynamic Island only exists on iPhone 14 Pro and later. On other iPhones, use AutoFill or the notification.

Do you have one of those iPhones? Then check in the iOS Settings app under Payster that Live Activities is on.

Payster fills in ordinary text fields, so it works with any banking app where you type a transfer. There is no connection to your bank: Payster can't make payments and doesn't see your accounts. You check and sign every payment in your own banking app.

Tap Delete invoice on the home screen. This also removes the notification and the Live Activity. If you delete Payster, iOS removes all of the app's data. There's nothing for us to delete: nothing is stored on a server.
